Georgia football upset by Ole Miss: Social media reacts to Bulldogs' second loss of season
Ole Miss football secured its best win of the season, and arguably its entire program history, when it upset No. 2 Georgia on Saturday at home.
The No. 12 Rebels (8-2, 4-2 SEC) defeated the Bulldogs (7-2, 5-2) 28-10 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Mississippi, behind a dominant performance by their defense. Ole Miss' defense allowed 245 total yards and one touchdown on the afternoon, while sacking Carson Beck five times and forcing three turnovers.

Rebels quarterback Jaxson Dart was efficient despite battling an ankle injury, completing 13 of 22 passes for 199 yards with a touchdown and an interception, along with 50 yards on eight rushes.
Conversely, Georgia — a team viewed by many as one of the favorites to win the College Football Playoff this year — turned in arguably its worst performance of the season. Carson Beck completed 20 of 31 passes for 186 yards and an interception, also taking five sacks on the night. He fumbled twice, losing one.
Georgia's rushing attack did little to help him, however, rushing 33 times for 59 yards (1.8 yards per carry) and a touchdown. Running back Nate Frazier also fumbled twice, losing one.
