Genoa reject Premier League offer for Morten Frendrup

Serie A side Genoa recently sold Radu Dragusin to Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur but it seems as if it is Morten Frendrup who is attracting attention from clubs abroad.

Frendrup was linked with a move to Milan in recent months and it seems as if there is Premier League interest in him. Gianluca di Marzio has reported that an English club made an offer worth €25 million for the Danish midfielder, who impressed in the 2023/24 season.

Genoa want to keep the player at the club next season as he is seen as a vital cog in the wheel for Alberto Gilardino’s side. In the previous campaign, he played 37 games in Serie A and scored two times while racking up five assists as well.

Liverpool were linked with a move for Frendrup some months ago – as exclusively revealed by Get Italian Football News but the identity of the English club remains unknown.
