Last night, both the CBJ and Flames held vigils for the Gaudreau Brothers. Both were unique and extremely moving. GM Don Waddell and a few players spoke at the vigil followed by 13:21 minutes of silence. During the silence, a video played on the Arena District's big screen, showing special moments in the brother's lives.

During the Flames vigil, a few Flames personnel spoke, followed by a long moment of silence. It's clear why they were so upset when Gaudreau left in free agency - They absolutely loved Johnny Gaudreau. The Flames will also have a 13-day memorial period at the vigil site just outside the arena. For 13 days, fans will be allowed to come to the site and drop off flowers or items to remember Johnny.

Johnny and Matthew's high school Gloucester Catholic, will be holding a vigil for the Gaudreau's this Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm as well.
