Fulham's Joao Palhinha is poised to join Bayern Munich for 51m euros (£43m) plus add-ons, bringing the German giants' long pursuit of the Portugal midfielder to an end.

Palhinha, 28, has been pivotal in helping Fulham re-establish themselves in the Premier League since he moved to Craven Cottage in the summer of 2022.
