France XI vs Portugal: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injuries

France have picked Eduardo Camavinga to replace the suspended Adrien Rabiot for today’s Euro 2024 quarter-final against Portugal.

Midfielder Rabiot was booked during their late win over Belgium in the last-16, with a Jan Vertonghen own goal sealing their spot in the final eight and will now miss the game through suspension.

Les Bleus now head to Hamburg to meet Cristiano Ronaldo and company as Didier Deschamps eyes yet another semi-final in charge of his country.

Rabiot has been a key figure for the French during this campaign but Deschamps has a host of big names ready to come in as a replacement.

Real Madrid midfielder Camavinga comes into the XI along with Randal Kolo Muani, who is preferred to Marcus Thuram in attack.

Kingsley Coman earlier this week left the camp to attend the birth of his fourth child and is only on the bench. Kylian Mbappe will continue wearing the protective mask he has donned since breaking his nose in the first game against Austria.
