Forson 'excited' after late Coventry goals

Norwich City match-winner Amankwah Forson said he was excited after his two injury time goals earned his side an improbable 2-1 win over Coventry on Saturday.

Forson, 22, had not scored for the Canaries since his summer move from RB Salzburg before the weekend but says his brace was down in part to continuing to believe in his ability.

"I'm really, really excited - really happy for this moment because we needed it as we were already [1-0] down," the Ghanaian international told BBC Radio Norfolk.

"This one is an amazing feeling for the club, I'm really happy for that because it brings a win and for the fans also, it makes everybody happy.

"It hasn't been easy honestly but as a football player, you know your time will come, you just need to stay focused, make it happen.

"When your time comes you just need to grab it. In football anything can happen, I can't forget this moment."
