Formula One announces start time for second ever Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2024
Formula One has announced the start time and date for the second edition of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, taking place later this year.
The Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), Formula One's governing body, have set this year's Vegas race for Saturday, Nov. 23 at 10 p.m. PT.
It is the same start time as last year's race, despite drivers like reigning back-to-back-to-back World Champion Max Verstappen's concerns about the difficulty that scheduling presents, particularly with jet lag.
“I don’t really get that,” he said to Fox Sports Australia last year. “That is very tiring, also at the end of the season that we have to do this, it doesn’t really make a lot of sense.”
