Former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney sings karaoke in Plymouth pub

Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney continued his managerial career with a surprise move to Plymouth Argyle this summer.

Despite struggles on the pitch at the start of his reign, Rooney appears to be settling in well to life in new surroundings.

As reported by The Sun, the former England man was videoed singing karaoke in a local pub last night (Thursday).

It wasn’t a vintage vocal performance from The Argyle boss, who won’t be troubling the pop charts anytime soon.

Despite the dodgy vocals, Rooney provided some good entertainment for the locals who were delighted to see the superstar embracing the city’s nightlife.

The 38-year-old was spotted in multiple bars, posing for photos and spending time interacting with the locals.

It hasn’t been the easiest start to life on the touchline for Rooney this season with his new side winning just one of their opening five games in all competitions.

Plymouth are still without a win in the league, registering just two points from their first three games and scoring twice.

The solitary win came in the EFL Cup against Cheltenham but Plymouth were subsequently knocked out by Watford in the next round.

Rooney will be hoping to register his first league win this weekend with Stoke travelling to the Home Park Stadium on Saturday.
