This is such unfortunate news for Colton, especially when noting that he was playing some of the best hockey of his career. In 10 games this season with the Avalanche, the former Bolt has eight goals and an assist.
The Avalanche have not yet announced an estimated recovery time for Colton. Here's to hoping that the former Lightning forward has a speedy recovery and can get back into game action soon.
