Bjork, 28, has been a free agent for all of the 2024-25 season thus far, but he has now found a place to play for the time being, at a minimum, with this PTO. Bjork will now look to impress with the Admirals from here.
Bjork spent all of last season down in the AHL with the Rockford IceHogs. In 40 games with the Chicago Blackhawks' AHL affiliate, he had 10 goals and 27 points. This is after he had two goals and eight points in 14 games split between the Blackhawks and Buffalo Sabres in 2022-23.

Bjork was selected by the Bruins with the 146th overall pick of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. In 138 games over four seasons as a Bruin, he had 16 goals, 39 points, and a minus-2 rating. His time with the Bruins ended during the 2020-21 season when he was traded to the Sabres with a second-round pick for Taylor Hall.
