Yahoo Sports Former Bruins Goalie to Miss Entire Season
The Minnesota Wild announced that former Bruins goalie Troy Grosenick has suffered a torn ACL and underwent surgery for it on Tuesday (Oct. 1). With this, he will miss the entirety of the 2024-25 campaign.

Grosenick signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Wild during this summer. This was after the 35-year-old spent the 2023-24 season with the Milwaukee Admirals. In 30 games for the Nashville Predators' AHL affiliate, he had a 17-8-2 record, a .907 save percentage (SV%), and a 2.56 goals-against average (GAA).
Goaltender Troy Grosenick underwent successful surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee yesterday at TRIA Orthopaedic Center and will not play this season. He is expected to make a full recovery and be ready for the start of the 2025-26 season.

Grosenick spent the 2021-22 season as a member of the Bruins organization. The Brookfield, Wisconsin native appeared in 30 games for the Providence Bruins, recording a 16-6-6 record, a .933 SV%, and a 2.00 GAA.
