🎥 Who can forget when Ronny Deila celebrated MLS Cup in his underpants? 🫣
Former NYCFC boss Ronny Deila is back in MLS with Atlanta United, and that means it's time to look back on some memories of the 2021 MLS Cup winning coach.
But one memory sticks out, hate it or love it.
It was back in that 2021 MLS Cup final when NYCFC stunned the Portland Timbers away from home on penalty-kicks, but the lasting image of that cup final came well after the full-time whistle.
Deila reportedly promised his players that if they were victorious in MLS Cup, he would strip down to his underwear and celebrate with the traveling fans in the corner of Providence Park.
And he did just that once NYCFC had their hands on the cup...
#nycfc head coach Ronny Delia kept his promise by doing push-ups in his underwear, in the rain, after winning the 2021 #MLSCup. On Friday he was named head coach at #atlutd. #mls pic.twitter.com/wiuka1zCiF

Now that's how you celebrate adding an MLS Cup to your trophy cabinet.
All we can really say is — welcome back, Ronny.
