Flyers Winger & Maple Leafs Forward Have Big Fight

The Philadelphia Flyers once again faced off against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday night (Jan. 7). With the clubs just having a chippy game against each other on Sunday (Jan. 5), the expectation was that the bad blood would carry over to this contest.

It certainly has done that early on.

Less than five minutes into the first period, Flyers forward Joel Farabee dropped the gloves with Toronto Maple Leafs forward Connor Dewar.

While Farabee is more known for being a skilled player, he is never afraid of the physical side of the game, and he showed this during his fight with Dewar. Both players threw some solid punches in the scrap, but Farabee secured the takedown.

This Farabee fight also sparked the Flyers, as Travis Konecny scored the game-opening goal a few minutes after it.
