First Place On The Line As PWHL's Takeover Tour Heads To Denver, Fan Events Planned

When the PWHL rolls into Denver, Colorado this weekend for the third stop on the PWHL Takeover Tour, first place will be on the line as the Montreal Victoire and Minnesota Frost, the top two teams through a third of the season face-off.

Puck drop is Sunday, January 12 at 1pm MT at Ball Arena, home of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche, but as with the first two stops on the Takeover Tour, there will be a plethora of events fans can also take part in.

Both teams open their stop in Denver with open practices at South Suburban Family Sports Center where the public can come to watch the players take the ice, followed by autograph sessions for the first 50 fans in line. The Victoire will practice first form 10:50am to 12:20pm followed by their autograph session. At 3:30 the Minnesota Frost will join a 'Try Hockey For Free Session' for youth in the Denver area. The Frost will then practice from 5:15pm to 6pm with an autograph session to follow.

Denver will look to challenge Seattle's mark of 12,608 for the top attended PWHL Takeover Tour stop in the USA this season. Vancouver saw 19,038 fans at their PWHL Takeover Tour game.
