First Look At Brandon Montour In Kraken Gear
Brandon Montour is in Las Vegas for the NHL Player Media Tour and wore the Seattle Kraken colours for the first time.
The 2024 Stanley Cup champion signed a seven-year, $7.14M AAV contract with the Kraken this offseason. He's tied with Matty Beniers, who has the second most expensive contract and only trails fellow defenseman Vince Dunn.

During the 2023-24 campaign, the 30-year-old defender scored eight goals and 33 points in 66 games. He'll provide the Kraken blueline with more offensive production and energy. Montour plays with a high motor and will to win.
The NHL Player Media Tour is a fun way to kick off the season with players participating in small challenges against each other and playing content games. They take pictures and promotional videos and this year it feels just a bit more special for the Kraken and Montour.
After the media tour, Montour will travel back to Seattle to begin training camp and prepare to wear his Kraken gear for real. The beginning of the 2024-25 season is less than a month away and soon Kraken fans will see Montour score goals in the Kraken blue.
