Fiorentina’s demands for Kayode deemed too high, Roma veer to Ajax’s Devyne Rensch
Fiorentina and Roma appear to have halted negotiations over the transfer of Michael Kayode.
The young fullback was linked as a potential reinforcement for the capital club who want to add another right-back to Claudio Ranieri’s orders.
However, La Gazzetta dello Sport writes that Roma consider Fiorentina’s demands for Kayode too high.
As a result, the Giallorossi have turned their attention to Ajax wide man Devyne Rensch.
Rensch represents a favorable opportunity for Roma as his contract with the Dutch giants is set to expire in the summer.
Ajax could thus settle for less than 10 million euros to let Rensch go now.
