Filip Chytil's Injury Is ‘Complicated’
Filip Chytil could be back in the New York Rangers’ lineup against the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday night.
Chytil has missed the past two games with an apparent upper-body injury that remains somewhat of a mystery.
When talking to Mollie Walker of The New York Post, Chytil did not confirm if he’ll be returning to the lineup on Tuesday night while opening up about the severity of his injury.
“It’s more complicated than that,” Chytil said via Walker.
During Monday’s practice, Chytil took reps on the second power play unit and slotted in on the team’s third line, indicating he’s gearing up to play.
