Filip Chytil will not play for the New York Rangers on Saturday night against the Vegas Golden Knights as he deals with an upper-body injury.

Chytil has already missed one game with this apparent injury.

It’s still unclear when or how Chytil got hurt and whether or not it’s related to any of his previous head injuries.

Filip Chytil practiced with the Rangers on Saturday though, indicating that he’s inching toward a return.

The 25-year-old forward has recorded 10 goals, seven assists and 17 points in 33 games while averaging 14:02 minutes.
