Lancashire's Luke Wells made an unbeaten 31 off 17 balls to get Warriorz's over the line as they chased 202 with 11 balls to spare.
Capitals had posted 201-5 with West Indies batter Shai Hope making an unbeaten 83 off 52 balls.
