Every season, the fantasy football playoffs offer plenty of surprises and league-winners who seemingly come out of nowhere to carry their managers to a championship — and destroy the dreams of those against them.

Could this year's biggest FLEX surprise be Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears? Despite his standing on a struggling offense, he's found his way to fantasy relevance in Weeks 15 and 16 — including back-to-back top-10 finishes in half-PPR scoring formats — totaling 158 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns over the past two weeks.

Next up on the schedule is a matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars' pushover defense, allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing RBs this season. Just last week, the Jags allowed a combined 30.6 fantasy points to Ameer Abdullah and Alexander Mattison, for crying out loud. Regardless of Pollard's health at this point, if Spears gets 10+ touches in Week 17, we might be looking at a big game.
