Fantasy football injury report Week 4: Latest on A.J. Brown, Jordan Addison, Joe Mixon

Week 4 of the NFL season is here and injuries are piling up for fantasy football managers. Top picks like Christian McCaffrey and Puka Nacua haven't seen the field much at all in 2024. Other key players have missed time with injuries as well, including Jordan Love and Cooper Kupp.

Some pivotal fantasy football players may miss time this week while others are returning to the field. Here's the latest fantasy football-relevant injuries ahead of Week 4's games.

Fantasy football injury report: Week 4

Philadelphia Eagles WR A.J. Brown: Questionable (hamstring)

The Eagles' top wideout hasn't played since Week 1 because of a hamstring injury. He was expected to miss multiple weeks with the injury but hasn't been placed on IR. He's considered a long-shot to play in Week 4.

Las Vegas Raiders WR Davante Adams: Out (hamstring)

The Raiders' top wideout will miss Week 4 against Cleveland with a hamstring injury. He was limited in practice on Thursday.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel Sr.: Questionable (calf)

Samuel was injured in the 49ers' Week 2 loss to Minnesota. He was initially expected to miss a few weeks but took to the practice field on Friday and could suit up for the 49ers' Week 4 matchup against New England.

Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love: Questionable (knee)

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Monday "I'm sure [Love] will be limited... then work it day-by-day" after his injury late in Week 1. He was limited but practiced throughout the week and looks more likely to be playing than not against the Vikings.

Minnesota Vikings WR Jordan Addison: Healthy (ankle)

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said Monday he was "optimistic" Addison will play against Green Bay on Sunday. He's been practicing all week and is off the Vikings' injury report.

Philadelphia Eagles WR DeVonta Smith: Out (concussion)

Smith left the field in the fourth quarter after sustaining a hard hit against the New Orleans Saints. He did not practice through the week and will not suit up against the Buccaneers.

San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle: Questionable (hamstring)

Kittle was a mid-week add to the injury report ahead of Week 3. He returned to practice in a limited fashion on Wednesday and Thursday before practicing on Friday. He is likely a game-time decision.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III: Questionable (oblique)

Walker III missed Week 2 and Week 3 but returned to practice in a limited fashion this week. Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald said he is optimistic about Walker III playing in Week 4.

Detroit Lions TE Sam LaPorta: Questionable (ankle)

LaPorta suffered a sprained ankle in Week 3 and Lions head coach Dan Campbell said he is day-to-day. He practiced on Friday which is a good sign for his availability in Week 4 against the Seahawks.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Gabe Davis: Questionable (shoulder)

Gabe left the Jaguars' loss to Buffalo on Monday Night Football in Week 3 with a shoulder injury. Jacksonville head coach Doug Pederson said he is day-to-day and he's still on the practice injury report.

Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon: Questionable (ankle)

Mixon was limited in practice on Friday and remains questionable to play in Week 4. Backup Dameon Pierce has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.

Chicago Bears WR Keenan Allen: Questionable (heel)

Allen was a full-go in practice Friday for the first time since Week 1 but remains questionable on the practice report.

Houston Texans WR Tank Dell: Out (chest)

Dell left Houston's blowout loss to Minnesota during the Texans' final drive. He missed practice all week and has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen: IR (hamstring)

The Panthers put Thielen on injured reserve Tuesday, taking him out for the next few weeks.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp: Out (ankle)

The Rams haven't placed Kupp on injured reserve but head coach Sean McVay confirmed he won't be playing in Week 4 against the Bears.
