'We fancy ourselves against anyone in the cup' - Olusanya
Toyosi Olusanya says St Mirren back themselves against anyone in the Scottish Cup after Saturday's 3-1 victory against League One opponents Queen of the South.
Olusanya's first-half double was key for Stephen Robinson's side, sliding in at the back post to open the scoring before heading home Callum Penman's cross for the second.
The forward is optimistic about St Mirren's chances in the cup and is hopeful he can keep contributing and improving at the Paisley club.
"It was a positive day for us, we came here and got the result we wanted and are looking forward to the next game in the cup," said Olusanya.
"We started the game with good intensity and I am happy to contribute goal wise.
"We showed professionalism throughout the whole game and getting a goal late on shows how hard we worked and how prepared we were and we dealt with the pressure.
"When you're the team in the higher league, expectations are always on you to win but they are never easy games as they are a good team with good players.
"It was a good game overall. I'm happy with the goals so just want I keep adding and improving.
"We fancy ourselves against anyone in the cup, we just need to keep building on the win and take each game as it comes."
