Following the conclusion of Manchester United’s triumph over Arsenal on Sunday, the draw for the 2024-25 FA Cup was carried out despite some ties still yet to be played.

Holders Manchester United have been handed another top-flight opponent in Leicester City, with a reunion against former boss and club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy on the horizon.

After recording perhaps the biggest upset of the third round by beating Brentford, Championship outfit Plymouth Argyle have been rewarded with a daunting assignment against high-flying Premier League leaders Liverpool.

Last year’s beaten finalists, Manchester City, claimed an emphatic 8-0 win over Salford City and will take on the winners of Leyton Orient vs. Derby County in the next round, while Chelsea have been handed a tricky tie away to the Amex where they will face off against Brighton & Hove Albion.

After being held to a goalless stalemate by National League side Tamworth, Tottenham Hotspur turned on the style in extra time to claim a 3-0 victory, setting up a fourth-round clash against Aston Villa in the process.
