A young Dallas Stars fan got hit with a rogue puck, but the only medical assistance he needed was an Ezekiel Elliott selfie. The Cowboys running back raced to the scene to provide the fan with something to smile about.

Here’s the outcome of that glorious moment, a memory for young fan to frame when he’s back home.

Dallas would go on to lose Game 3 against the St. Louis Blues, but this youngster was probably still smiling through it.
