Former Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar is seeking an exit route from PSG, and could make a shock move to Juventus.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.

Skriniar’s situation in the French capital at the moment is, putting it mildly, far from ideal.

The Slovakian was a very high-profile signing for Paris Saint-German last summer.

Skriniar’s move was effectively the culmination of a transfer saga that had lasted a year.

PSG had tried to sign Skriniar in the summer of 2022. However, Inter rejected all of the Parisians’ offers for the former Sampdoria defender.

Therefore, Skriniar remained at Inter at the end of that transfer window.

But the Nerazzurri then had to try and convince Skriniar to sign a new contract. His deal was expiring at the end of last June.

After having been put in the shop window over the summer, Skriniar decided that he would not sign an extension.

This left the Slovakian available to leave on a free transfer.

Milan Skriniar Wants Out Of PSG – Shock Juventus Move Possible

Despite all their efforts to sign Skriniar, PSG have not managed to make it work for the Slovak international.

Skriniar is not in favour with PSG coach Luis Enrique. And he admitted that he’s “not happy” in his current situation.

PSG had already tried to offload Skriniar over the summer transfer window.

However, the 29-year-old stayed at the Parc des Princes.

That does not mean, though, that Skriniar’s situation has changed.

PSG and Enrique have not completely frozen the former Inter defender out. He is in training, and has gotten some minutes this season here and there.

But the reality is that Skriniar is at the bottom of the pecking order at PSG.

Therefore, the Slovakian is looking for a way out, as soon as possible. This could be in the January transfer window.

And it could be a shock return to Serie A for Skriniar.

A move to Juventus would certainly not go down well with fans of the Bianconeri’s Derby d’Italia rivals Inter.

However, it would make a certain practical sense. Skriniar is a proven defender in Serie A, and Juventus are looking for a solution following a major injury to defender Bremer.

The biggest hurdle to such a move would be Skriniar’s wages. Juventus cannot cover the Slovakian’s enormous wages at PSG, and the French champions would have to cover some of his earnings.
