Now, after a somewhat shaky start to his Senators tenure, Ullmark is starting to heat up in a big way for his new team. In fact, he put together his best performance of the season in his last start against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Nov. 12.

Ullmark dominated against the Maple Leafs, saving all 27 shots he faced for his first shutout as a Senator. The Senators went on to beat the Leafs by a 3-0 final score.

The Senators made a big push for Ullmark this off-season to improve their goaltending. Now, the 2023 Vezina Trophy winner is starting to be the upgrade they desperately need.

In nine appearances with the Sens on the season, Ullmark has a 4-4-0 record, a 2.51 goals-against average, and a .904 save percentage.
