Euro 2024 is here and we’re constantly scouring the outright markets to find the best value. Carry on reading to find out best tips for a huge summer of international tournament football.

Euro 2024 – Outright Winner

England went into Euro 2024 as one of the heavy favourites and we backed this summer to finally be the one that sees The Three Lions go all the way.

With a wealth of attacking talent, and a solid defensive base, England have all the tools to be crowned European Champions in Germany and, with BetMGM, you can get them at odds of 7/2 by clicking the link below.

“I’ve got them as one of three teams that could potentially win the tournament,” Dean Smith said on Squawka’s Euro 2024 prediction podcast.

“I think when we get to those final stages, there will be really tight games, when you come up against the likes of France and Portugal. It might even come down to penalties.

“I just think there’s so much quality in that squad. There are so many players who you expect to step up in those big games. Not just Bellingham, not just Kane, not just Saka, you’ve also got your Fodens and then you’ve got Mainoo who has come in and done big things in big games for Man Utd this season. It’s tough to say we’re going to go ahead and beat teams like France and Portugal but I think we can compete more than we have done in the past.”

Of course, Gareth Southgate’s men will have to improve drastically on their performances in the group stage, but at least the talent is there to do so. And the draw is on their side, with England avoiding the likes of Germany, Spain, Portugal and France until the final. There may not be a better chance for England on paper.

Euro 2024 – Each Way Winner

Portugal have gone slightly under the radar when it comes to winning Euro 2024 but we think that Roberto Martínez’s men could make a strong run in the tournament, making it to the final of Euro 2024.

There are plenty of household names in the Portugal squad, none more so than Cristiano Ronaldo as he enters what must be considered his final international tournament. The players around him now look like having the ability to match his output and it could be a very interesting summer for the 2016 European Champions.

Euro 2024 – Name the Finalists

This one is pretty obvious judging by our predictions above but we’ve gone for England and Portugal to make the final this summer.

Both sides have squads capable of going all the way and after both nations won nations won their groups, they will avoid each other until the final match of Euro 2024.

Euro 2024 – Group A Winner

Group A saw Germany, Scotland, Switzerland and Hungary compete to qualify and we correctly backed Germany to ensure victory on home turf.

The hosts were perfect after two games, beating Scotland 5-1 and Hungary 2-0 and scored a late equaliser to draw 1-1 with Switzerland, thus confirming top spot.

“I can see this being a similar situation for Germany this summer as 2006 when they hosted the World Cup,” said Smith, adding: “They were in transition at that point, Jurgen Klinsmann came in and it was a tournament where it wasn’t perfect, obviously, they reached the semi-finals, but it reignited a bit of passion for the national team which had been missing after a few really disappointing tournaments for them.”

Euro 2024 – Group B Winner

Group B was coined the ‘Group of Death’ with Spain, Italy and Croatia all being drawn into the same group. Albania were the other nation to be drawn into Group B and it was a tough ride for the side at just their second-ever European Championships. The group also saw Croatia knocked out with their two points not enough.

We backed Spain to win Group B and ensure their passage into the knockout stage. There’s plenty of talent available to Luis de la Fuente, and top spot was secured after just two games.

“I think Spain are going to have a good tournament,” Smith predicted. “I know there are always question marks over Alvaro Morata leading the line but behind him there are so many talented young players. The issue is the lack of experience when it comes to those knockout games deeper in the tournament.”

Euro 2024 – Group C Winner

Group C looked, at first glance at least, like one that England should have no problems in winning and we backed them to do exactly that.

The Three Lions managed it with five points from their three games but it was underwhelming, scoring two goals and drawing twice.

Euro 2024 – Group D Winner

France are one of the favourites to win the entire tournament but their passage out of Group D wasn’t as cut and dry as many expected. Netherlands were believed to be the biggest obstacle in Group D, though we did still back France to come out on top.

But in the end, neither of them did. Austria finished top on the final day of Group D fixtures, beating Netherlands 3-2 while France were held to a 1-1 draw by Poland. All three are in the last 16, however.

Euro 2024 – Group E Winner

Group E was an interesting one with three very evenly matched sides in Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania competing to advance to the knockout stage alongside a Belgian side that may just have seen their golden era pass them by.

And there was no separating them when it came to points. All four sides finished with four points after three games, with goals scored and goal difference deciding who went through and who went out. We backed Belgium to top the group but they ultimately finished second, below Romania on goals scored.

Euro 2024 – Group F Winner

The final Group at Euro 2024 saw Portugal drawn alongside Turkey, Czech Republic and debutants Georgia. It seemed like it should be quite straightforward for Portugal to qualify and we thought they would do enough to top Group F without too much drama.

And that’s what happened, as Portugal confirmed top spot in the group with one game to spare.
