Eric Ebron, two others visit Bills

The Buffalo Bills stayed busy welcoming prospects as three visitors stopped by the team facility on Friday.

The most notable visit was from North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron, who is slated to be taken in the first round of the upcoming draft. Ebron could go as high as the top 10. The Bills will pick ninth overall.

Ebron had 895 receiving yards in 2013, an ACC record, and told the Bills' website he models his game after 49ers tight end Vernon Davis.

"Just because [of the] similarities,” Ebron said. “His speed, he's powerful, he's very strong at the line of scrimmage. Love everything about him."

The Bills also hosted Oregon State defensive end Scott Crichton and LSU running back Jeremy Hill.

Crichton can play defensive end and defensive tackle, and showcased some speed for a 6-3, 275-pounder by running a 4.84 40-yard dash at the NFL combine.

Hill is a big back at 6-1, 233 pounds but has had some off-field issues in college. Though the character concerns could cause his draft stock to drop, some team is likely to take a chance on Hill. He ran for 1,401 yards and 16 touchdowns as a redshirt sophomore with the Tigers in 2013.
