Epic Lake Tahoe lodge rented by Kardashians, ‘Bachelor’ cast lists for $19.8M. See it

The extraordinary Lake Tahoe home called Gunbarrel Lodge — a 17-bedroom, 18-bathroom luxury compound featured on “The Bachelor,” “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” — has just hit the market at a price of $19.8 million.

The signature 15-acre estate sits on a forested hillside next to the iconic Gunbarrel Run at Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe, California, where it gets its name.

With ski-in/ski-out convenience, the property is designed for entertaining multiple generations of families under one roof with an indoor pool, rooftop hot tub, outdoor kitchen, 24-seat movie theater and separate guest house, according to Compass real estate firm, which holds the listing.

Mark Salmon of Compass is the listing agent.

The 17,000-square-foot, rustic luxe-style mega-mansion was available as a high-end rental starting at $6,348 per night before being listed for sale four days ago.

“This estate is among the most spectacular properties ever constructed on the South Shore,” a Compass representative said in an email.

A private gated entrance and scenic driveway lead to a grand porte cochère and six-car garage.

The exclusive residence has incredible mountain and Lake Tahoe water views, exceptional design and modern conveniences.

“The sheer scale and list of attributes and amenities are in a class by itself,” the listing states. “Rustically elegant, the builder artfully melded timbers and rugged reclaimed materials with a deluge of stonework and stylish decor while providing a seamless transition to the outdoors.”

A bridge-like hallway with stairs connects two sections of the house, with a flat, grassy area lying below offering wooden benches, a bocce court and horseshoe pit.

There are two kitchens in the house.

The homeowner is listed as La Bandera Ranch LP, a limited partnership connected to Texas billionaire Bob Hixson, according to public records.
