Enzo Le Fee discusses first impressions since joining Roma: “I want to show what I’m capable of.”

Enzo Le Fee shared an update on his time in the Italian capital so far.

The French midfielder was recently unveiled as Roma’s second signing of this summer.

During today’s friendly with Latina which Roma won 6-1, Le Fee scored his first goal for the Giallorossi.

After the game, the player spoke to the media.

“It’s very hot, we have to adapt. I was welcomed very well by everyone, by the group, by the staff. Happy to be here, I hope to have a good season.”

“I feel at ease, I’m starting to get to know my teammates, as the preparation progresses I will get to know them better and better in order to make my qualities available for the team.”

“The coach is asking me to hold the ball a lot, to act as a link between defenders and midfielders, to play forward: all things I like to do. Physically I’m not 100% yet, when my shape improves I’ll be able to do all this even better.”

“Roma’s phone call? It was a surprise for me, I’m coming off what wasn’t my best season, with two injuries that didn’t allow me to express myself at my best.”

“It was an opportunity that I wanted to seize, I wanted to leave France to try new experiences, I had the opportunity to come here, I want to show what I am capable of.”
