EMMA KOIVISTO JOINS AC MILAN

AC Milan is pleased to announce the signing of Emma Koivisto, effective from 1 July 2024.

The Finnish winger, born in Helsinki in 1994, played for FC Honka before moving to Göteborg in Sweden for three seasons. Following her experience in Sweden, she moved to England, first signing for Brighton & Hove Albion and later, in 2022, for Liverpool.

A graduate of Florida State University in the USA, Emma Koivisto is also a key player for the Finnish national team, with whom she participated in the Euro 2022.

Emma now joins AC Milan with a contract until 30 June 2027 and will wear the number 2 shirt.
