The Moulds family is selling its wine vineyard estate for $25 million, the most expensive residential property listing in Napa, California, according to Sotheby’s International Realty.

Surrounded by natural beauty with far-reaching valley and mountain views, the stunning Napa Valley residence spans 56 acres in the acclaimed Oak Knoll American Viticultural Area.

The main attractions are a quality 9.28-acre vineyard, expansive grounds, a classically elegant main residence, two large guest homes and a vaulted event barn designed for entertaining.

Betsy Moulds and her late husband Steve Moulds of Moulds Family Vineyard moved to the Napa estate in 2000. The property is on the market for the first time since.
