Ducks Defeat Kraken 6-4 And Take Series in Seattle.

Seattle, WA - The Seattle Kraken's recent success against Anaheim came to a halt as they fell 6-4 at home on Saturday night. The loss drops the Kraken to 9-4-1 all-time against the Ducks, including a 4-3-0 record at Climate Pledge Arena.

Despite the defeat, Seattle saw several standout performances. Matty Beniers extended his point streak to three games, picking up an assist on the night. The forward has tallied six points (3 goals, 3 assists) over his last seven games.

Jaden Schwartz continued his strong season, scoring his 17th goal of the 2024-25 campaign, while Eeli Tolvanen extended his own goal streak to three games.

Shane Wright also extended his point streak to three games with a goal and assist during the contest, bringing his total to three points (1 goal, 2 assists) in that span.

Mitchell Stephens scored his first goal of the season, while Jared McCann added an assist to remain the Kraken’s points leader with 39 on the year. Brandon Montour also contributed with two assists, marking his return to the scoresheet.

The evening also marked Adam Larsson's 900th NHL career game.

The Kraken's next home game is Thursday, January 30th against the San Jose Sharks. Puck drop is scheduled for 7PM PST.
