The Chiefs will attempt to maintain their perfect record tonight on “Monday Night Football” when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Kansas City (7-0) is coming off a 27-20 win at the Las Vegas Raiders in a game that turned on a Chiefs goal-line stand in the third quarter. Tampa Bay (4-4) is riding a two-game losing streak and fell at home to the NFC South-rival Atlanta Falcons last Sunday.
The teams last met in 2022, with the Chiefs winning in Tampa Bay two seasons after the Buccaneers defeated KC in Super Bowl LV.
Fans heading to Monday’s game will want to bring rain gear. Multiple forecasts are calling for showers and possibly thunderstorms.
Monday Night Football kicks off at 7:15 p.m. Central and will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2 and in Kansas City on Channel 9.
