When does EA FC 24 FUTTIES 'Best of' Batch 2 leave packs?

EA FC 24 FUTTIES 'Best of' Batch 2 is finally leaving packs making way for the next set of previously released player items.

FUTTIES is the annual FC Ultimate Team promotion that signifies the end of a game cycle. The only promotion likely left is a Pre-Season event to celebrate the release of the next entry: FC 25. There's still plenty to engage with during FUTTIES including new promotional players, SBCs, objectives and the coveted 'Best of' batches.

'Best of' squads contain a large number of previously released player items. It greatly increases the amount of fodder available for players to craft multi-segment SBCs. Combined with the repeatable 84+ x10 Upgrade packs and more, it's one of the most exciting times of the year for FC players.

EA Sports changed the formula in Week 2 by having Batch 2 available for two weeks. For players tired of packing Future Stars Rasmus Hojlund and Ultimate Birthday cards, don't worry a new wave of players is coming.

EA FC 24 FUTTIES 'Best of' Batch 2 will leave packs on Friday, Aug. 9 at 1 p.m. ET. At that time, a new batch of players will be released.

Batch 3 is expected to include a host of Team of the Season cards which will help complete the numerous Upgrade SBCs available. Also, Festival of Football cards from Copa America and Euro 2024 will likely be released. There were multiple Make Your Mark cards available in Batch 2, but expect more sought after players to have cards available in packs. Unless there's a fourth batch planned, Team of the Tournament cards should be included as well.
