The Chicago Bears (4-8) are gearing up for an NFC showdown against the San Francisco 49ers (5-7), where Chicago is looking to halt a six-game losing streak as Thomas Brown takes over for the fired Matt Eberflus. But it won't be easy on the road with a first-time head coach.

The Bears are going to need another strong performance from their offense, led by Brown, who will also be calling plays. Quarterback Caleb Williams has been on a hot streak in the past three games, and he's developed a good rapport this season with receivers DJ Moore, Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze. But Moore isn't exactly 100 percent as he's been dealing with a quad injury that has him officially questionable for Sunday.

Moore injured his quad early in a Thanksgiving game against the Lions, which he played through. But Moore didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday before being a limited participant during Friday's practice. Moore is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, but all signs are pointing to him suiting up for Week 14.

How long will DJ Moore be out?

It doesn't sound like Moore will miss any time with his quad injury, as he told reporters he's optimistic he'll be playing Sunday against the 49ers. Moore rarely misses games due to injury. In fact, he's only missed two games due to injury in his seven-year career. To quote Moore: "I play through everything."

If for some reason Moore can't go -- or if he's limited at all -- it helps that Chicago has some other weapons for quarterback Caleb Williams. Rookie Rome Odunze and veteran Keenan Allen have both been dependable options for Williams, and they'll see their share of targets.
