Devils Make NHL History With Win Against Canadiens
The New Jersey Devils picked up a 4-3 overtime win against the Montreal Canadiens on Jan. 25. Devils superstar Jack Hughes was the hero, as he scored the overtime winner to get New Jersey two points.
With this win against the Canadiens, the Devils made history.
According to Sportsnet Stats, the Devils are the first team in NHL history to win nine straight games on the road against the Habs.

Given that the Canadiens have been around for over 100 years, this is an incredible accomplishment by the Devils. The Devils seem to love playing in Montreal, and it will be fascinating to see if they can extend the streak to 10 games when they play the Habs on the road again on Feb. 8.
