Lions’ Aidan Hutchinson carted off field with gruesome leg injury against Dallas Cowboys
The Detroit Lions lost star pass rusher Adian Hutchinson with a severe leg injury during the third quarter in Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.
The star defensive end from Michigan injured his leg after sacking Dallas QB Dak Prescott.

As Hutchinson was bringing Prescott to the ground his left leg whipped against the leg of fellow Lions defender Alim McNeil and the lower half of his leg bent in the opposite direction.
After the play Hutchinson stayed on the field with trainers with most of the Lions and Cowboys players going onto the turf to show support. Hutchinson was carted off the field with his leg in an air cast.
The play occurred with 11:46 left in the third quarter and the Lions leading 34-6 at the time of his injury.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
