Deebo Samuel grabbed 49ers long snapper Taybor Pepper's throat in a furious sideline altercation
Sunday's Week 10 game between the 49ers and Buccaneers saw one of the league's more reliable kickers in Jake Moody miss three field goals. And while it's always frustrating when an offense doesn't come up with points, no player should react like how Deebo Samuel did on the sidelines.
He looked to fight his own teammate.
After Moody missed his 44-yard attempt that kept the Niners up three points, the Fox broadcast focused in on an incident on the 49ers sidelines. Samuel walked up to long snapper Taybor Pepper and grabbed the teammate by the throat. Pepper followed Samuel and shouted back at the wide receiver. But the entire scene was odd and honestly embarrassing.

For one, the snap on that third missed field goal wasn't bad. It was easily handled -- Moody just missed.
Oh my goodness...

And even if the snap was off, you can't go after a teammate like that. It was a bad look for Samuel, that's for sure.
Update: Samuel discussed the altercation after the game.
