Here are 10 DFS recommendations for Monday's slate on Yahoo, but be sure to double-check the weather and lineups before first pitch approaches.

Troy Tulowitzki, SS, vs Tex (Martinez), $18: With the highest Over/Under line (10.5) among Monday's MLB action, you'll want a piece of the Tex/Col matchup. And Tulo is a nice way to buy in here, as he faces a Rangers hurler (Nick Martinez) that has allowed a .307 average to right-handed hitters this season. Tulo has two home runs in his past four games and should be well rested after getting a day off on Sunday.

Brandon Beachy, SP, at Atl (Wisler), $29: Making his second start since returning from TJ surgery in early July, Beachy should feel comfortable on the bump in Atlanta, where he has made 24 career starts as a member of the Braves from '10-'13. Beachy will face an Atlanta offense that has gone in the tank during the team's current 1-7 swoon (averaging 2.6 runs per game in that span). In addition to facing an anemic offense, Beachy should benefit from some run support, as the Dodgers own the second-highest OPS in the league vs. RHP, and have also hit the most home runs (99) vs. RHP - that could be problematic for Atlanta's fly-ball heavy rookie righty Matt Wisler.

Michael Lorenzen, SP, vs. ChC (Richard), $40: This is as much a pick against Cubs starter Clayton Richard, who owns a career road ERA mark of 5.19, as it is a nod to Lorenzen. But the Reds righty at least has some numbers to hang your hat on of late, posting a Quality Start in four of his past five home outings. And he'll face a Cubs offense that ranks 25th in the league in Slugging Percentage vs. RHP.

John Jaso, C, at Phi (Buchanon), $15: Jaso has been red-hot since coming off the DL (wrist) in early July, hitting .353 in 10 games, with most of that damage coming against RHP (1.010 OPS). Jaso will face Philly righty David Buchanan, who owns the second-highest ERA in the league (7.58) among all pitchers with at least 20 innings pitched. And lefties have particularly enjoyed hitting against the Philly hurler, posting a .353 batting average against him, thus far.

Victor Martinez, 1B,vs. Sea (Happ), $18: Since '14, V-Mart owns a whopping .389 batting average mark vs. LHP, and he'll face M's southpaw J.A. Happ on Monday. Martinez enters the contest in the midst of a power surge that has seen him hit four home runs in his past 10 games. He faced Happ in that span, going 1-for-2 with a double and a walk against him on July 8.

Howie Kendrick, 2B, at Atl (Wisler), $14: Kendrick is on a roll, collecting 29 hits in his past 19 games, including three four-hit efforts in that span. And Kendrick has hit righties (.299) better than lefties (.284) this season, so facing Atlanta right-hander Matt Wisler shouldn't be problematic.

Todd Frazier, 3B, vs ChC (Richard), $18: There's no place like home for this year's Home Run Derby champ, as Frazier owns the fourth-highest home OPS mark (1.052) among MLB regulars - he also has a .968 OPS vs LHP. Facing southpaw Clayton Richard, who he's 2-for-3 with a double against in his career, there's an awful lot to like about Frazier in this matchup.

Kole Calhoun, OF, vs. Bos (Wright), $18: Buying Calhoun gets you one of the hottest hitters in baseball. The Angels outfielder went 3-for-3 on Saturday with two home runs, giving him five home runs and seven multi-hit efforts in his past 11 contests. Vegas likes the Angels as Monday's biggest favorite, which doesn't indicate much confidence in Boston starter Steven Wright, who has allowed seven home runs in just 43.1 IP this season.

Carlos Gonzalez, OF, vs. Tex (Martinez), $16: More Coors Field action can't be a bad thing. CarGo makes sense as he has the home-field and platoon advantage against Texas righty Nick Martinez, who is making his first career start at Coors Field. And Gonzalez has been a nice roll the past couple weeks, hitting .400 with three home runs in his past nine games.

Seth Smith, OF, at Det (Simon), $14: Smith is reasonably-priced way to take advantage of the dumpster fire that has been Detroit starter Alfredo Simon. The Tigers starter has allowed at least five earned runs in five consecutive starts, including a 5.2 IP, 5 ER effort against Seattle on July 6 in which Smith went 1-for-2 with a walk. Smith has made a career as RHP-facing platoon player, and this matchup is right in his wheel house (lefties hitting .320 vs. Simon in '15).
