The Eagles fall to the Baie-Comeau Drakkar at home. 2025 NHL Draft eligible goaltender Lucas Beckman stops 27 of 28. Additionally, two of the Drakkar's NHL prospects in Carolina right winger Justin Poirier (1+1) and New Jersey centerman Matyas Melovsky (0+2) had two point nights.
On the other hand, Nashville prospect goaltender Jakub Milota was ablet to keep the game close, only letting in two goals on 29 shots.
#12 Sherbrooke (4) - #8 Shawinigan (2)
With 31 shots to Shawinigan's 21, the Sherbrooke Phoenix dominate on the road in front of a night's best crowd of 2433 fans. Overage centerman Hugo Primeau (2+2) tallied points on all four of Sherbrooke's goals including the game-tying goal and the insurance goal. Right winger Lewis Gendron also had a multi-point night with a goal and an assist for his first three point game of the season. A big factor in the game was the team's powerplay as they picked up three of the four goals with the man advantage.
Meanwhile, Shawinigan's point leader, centerman Vince Elie, picked up a goal bringing him to 21 points (9+12) on the season.

Stopping 29/31, 2025 NHL Draft eligible goaltender Gabriel D'Aigle secures the upset for Victoriaville as they beat the Sea Dogs 3-2. Recently acquired overage left winger Olivier Houde netted a goal and an assist as well, bringing his total to 14 points (9+5) across 12 games since leaving Cape Breton.
On the bright side for the Sea Dogs, 2025 NHL Draft eligible Zachary Morin is up to 14 points (4+10) in 12 games -- thanks to a two point night (1+1) -- since joining the team last month.
