Cristiano Ronaldo recreates iconic Real Madrid celebration
Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo on Friday recreated a goal celebration he previously made famous whilst lining out in the colours of Real Madrid.
Frontman Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr returned to action a short time ago, making the trip to Al-Ittihad for a Saudi Pro League clash.
When all was said and done, the visitors were put to the sword by two goals to one.
And, along the way, two players boasting icon status at La Liga champions Real Madrid managed to find the net.
After Karim Benzema put Al-Ittihad in front early in the 2nd-half in Jeddah, ex-Blancos teammate Cristiano Ronaldo took just two minutes to level things up.
And it was at this point that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner reproduced an altogether memorable celebration.
In scenes reminiscent of those during his legendary stint in Spain, Ronaldo, sporting a white and gold kit, broke out his trademark ‘calma’ gesture for those in attendance at the King Abdullah Sports City:
