Contact Made: Liverpool Outpace Premier League Rivals, PSG for €60M-Rated Star
Paris Saint-Germain could be on the hunt for a new striker that fits Luis Enrique’s vision.
Recently, TBR Football reported that several clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Newcastle United, are monitoring Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush. European heavyweights like PSG, AC Milan, and Atletico Madrid are also interested in the player.
Randal Kolo Muani has been with PSG for over a year, but he’s only found the net 11 times and provided six assists during that time. It seems that manager Enrique might be losing faith in him, causing rumors of a potential exit.
Instead of counting on Kolo Muani, Enrique has opted for a false No. 9 setup, even with Gonçalo Ramos out injured. Many anticipated that Kolo Muani would seize the chance to become the starting forward, but that opportunity has passed him by.
Liverpool aim to edge out competition
Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reports that Liverpool have contacted Omar Marmoush’s representatives. Marmoush is reportedly enthusiastic about the prospect of moving to the Premier League and would jump at the chance to join Liverpool if it materializes.
Plettenberg shared on X that Eintracht Frankfurt are currently asking for a transfer fee between €50 million and €60 million for Marmoush, and Liverpool is considered a serious contender.
He added, “The interest is genuine, and there has already been communication between the player’s camp and Liverpool. Frankfurt is aware of this. Marmoush dreams of a move to the Premier League and would immediately agree to join Liverpool.”

Is Omar Marmoush a better version than Mo Salah?
With Marmoush drawing a lot of attention and a move expected next year, Egyptian journalist Tarik Metwally noted what the expectation should be for the 25-year-old when he makes that big-time move.
“Everyone here believes he has a really bright future ahead,” Metwally told BILD. “I think Marmoush is in a better position than Salah was at his age. If he keeps this up, he could end up being better than Salah at some point.
“Salah initially stood out for his speed, but then he developed his game. Marmoush is also very fast, but he already has other skills as well. Many people in Egypt would love to see him in the Premier League, especially with one of the top clubs.”
