Como closing on Alex Valle deal with Barcelona, ending Celtic loan first
According to transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano, Como are close to an agreement with Barcelona for Alex Valle, so he’d terminate his loan move to Celtic first.
The 20-year-old only joined Celtic Glasgow on what was meant to be a full-season loan on August 28.
He amassed 18 appearances for the Scottish club, providing five assists, but his experience might be cut short after just six months.
Como boost ranks with Alex Valle bid
It is reported this evening that Como and Barcelona are close to an agreement for a loan deal, which would inevitably mean Valle leaving Celtic first.
The Hoops would hardly be bereft, because they are lining up the return of Kiernan Tierney after five years at Arsenal.
The left-back would be one of numerous new signings for Cesc Fabregas in the January transfer window, including Maxence Caqueret from Olympique Lyonnais, goalkeeper Jean Butez and Assane Diallo of Real Betis.
