College Hockey's Best Lift U.S. To Gold Medal Game

The United States punched its ticket to the gold medal game of the 2025 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships with a 4-1 win over Czechia. College hockey's best led the way on Saturday.

Boston College's Ryan Leonard and Gabe Perreault each recorded a goal and an assist in the win. Boston University's Cole Eiserman buried a power play goal, and Minnesota's Oliver Moore found the back of an empty net.

Michigan State's Trey Augustine stopped 26 of 27 shots for the U.S. in the victory. UMass netminder Michael Hrabal made 21 saves for Czechia in the loss.
