Cole Caufield Helps Lift Habs, Bolts Bounce Back in Tuesday Best Bets
Tuesday has a loaded NHL slate with all 32 teams in action. Any player or team you can think of will be on the ice tonight like Connor McDavid and the Oilers hosting the Carolina Hurricanes while Auston Matthews and the Maple Leafs look to win both games of a back-to-back when travelling to Columbus to take on the Blue Jackets.
It should be a fantastic night of hockey with the most options to win big than ever before. We hit our Pad Stack pick last night with Auston Matthews scoring which we look to build off as we are an even 6-6 over our last 12 picks.

Bet: Owen Tippett Over 0.5 points (-125), Flyers ML (-125)
The Flyers have severely struggled to start the season as they have just one win in their first five games and rank bottom five in goals per game (2.40). They've lost four straight games but should bounce back and see some more goals versus the Capitals, who are 23rd in goals against average (3.50) and finished last season with the worst goal differential of a playoff team in NHL history.
The Capitals have been rumored to be solely focused on getting Alex Ovechkin the scoring record which doesn't seem entirely true but the team is very much skewed towards only offence.
Philadelphia has scored three or more goals in three of their last five games versus Washington and should finally see a big night from forward Owen Tippett.
The Peterborough native finished second on the team in points last season with 53 and has three goals and three assists for six points over his last five games versus the Capitals. He should help his team get on the board and earn a much needed win.
Bet: Lightning ML (+125)
The Bolts got embarrassed in front of the entire hockey world when they were blown out 5-2 to the Leafs during Monday's only NHL game. They will look to bounce back in a very tough matchup versus a Devils team that reps a 5-2-1 record to start the season. Tampa Bay has dominated this matchup as of late with 13 wins over their last 16 matchups.
Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy was pulled early during their loss versus the Leafs as they hope to use him Tuesday as he has a stellar history versus the Devils.
In his last six starts versus New Jersey, the Russian netminder has a 5-1-0 record, a goals against average of 2.79 and a .903 save percentage. He will look to bounce back in a big way after a rough start versus Toronto where he allowed four goals.
Bet: Cole Caufield anytime goal (+180), Canadiens Over 2.5 goals (-115)
Montreal's Cole Caufield has been red hot to start the season with six goals in as many games to start the season. He scored a pair of goals versus the Islanders and Senators but will see his biggest test versus Igor Shesterkin and the New York Rangers.
The Blueshirts have the been on fire to start the season with a 4-0-1 record and the third best goals against average in the league (2.00).
The Rangers have beat the Habs in seven of their last ten games but Montreal has found a way to get on the board with three or more goals in three of their last four matchups. Caufield also has four goals in his last four games versus the Rangers.
