☕️ 'The coffee is good!' Italian boss names the best things about Ajax 🇮🇹

Ajax boss Francesco Farioli has spoken to the press ahead of their Europa League clash with Galatasaray on Thursday night.

"Of course, I am not going to share my plan for the match," the tactician admitted. "But I think that both teams will go all out for the win. That means an open game.

"We know how physically Galatasaray can play, but they are also technically skilled. It will be a big challenge for us to take on Galatasaray. We have to be at our best."

The 35-year-old then went on to name the things he enjoys about working for Ajax, and spoke of his relationship with technical director Alex Kroes.

"Every day I come to work with a big smile. The coffee is good here, that's important. But seriously, the financial situation of Ajax is well known. Also in terms of our choices that are made. Alex and I don't always have to agree with each other. It is logical that there are discussions. But on the big picture we completely agree.

"I also like his work ethic and love for the club," Farioli continued. "We are similar in that respect. Maybe that is why he chose me as coach for Ajax. There is no form of frustration or drama."

Ajax currently sit second in the Eredivisie, four points behind PSV but with a game in hand.
