Roma manager Claudio Ranieri analyzed the team’s 1-1 draw with Milan at San Siro.

In the aftermath of the final match of 2024, Ranieri discussed the result with DAZN.

“Milan were better in the first half and we were better in the second half. The draw is a fair result and entertained the fans of Milan and Roma,” said the technician.

“Hummels? I changed him for fear of a second yellow. Celik was the third in defense but he had to move out and push forward in possession.”

“Dybala? The whole team is helping him to have him at his best. He is training continuously and this makes us happy. When Paulo plays like this he it’s a pleasure to pay for a ticket and watch him play.”

“The Derby? We must recover our energy levels. Lazio is having a great season and congratulations to them and to Baroni for the excellent work.”

“The derby goes beyond any concept. The derby is impossible to describe,” he concluded.
