We want to work with all of them, so that eligible beagles can go on to live years outside of the cage and not be euthanized, which is what they do in the united states. So most of the dogs that we rescue right now from laboratory are from the u.s.. So poppy wasn't a research top. He was not puppy was in detection school. They said that she was too friendly. But poppy was our first rescue. We got a call about her and she exhibits the same trauma that former research animals display ptsd anxiety. She's been with me now. I adopted puppy 2 years ago, but she's still scared. She still loud. Sounds quick movements and that's exactly it when they get out of research and they go into homes, they need time to decompress and feel safe again. She is such a sweet sauce.
