Rana adel is the voice of asha in the arabic version of the movie wish. It is about a young girl who wishes on a star, the star falls from the sky and has magical characters. The character must use the star to save the kingdom from the evil king. Adel travelled to egypt last november and spent three weeks voice recording for the movie she's been dubbing movies in arabic for years however she says this character is the one she's connected to the most. >> She's so expressive. Sometimes she's so joyful. Sometimes she's singing that I may being this wish that something better can happen. So there are so many different aspects of her character that I can relate to. Even the director would tell you to actually feel and understand and connect to her so that I can, you know, deliver the way she does. >> Alessandra: alongside a wish, she has voiced editions of the little mermaid and rapunzel just last year.
